WEB STORE RETURN POLICY:

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover

How do you calculate sales tax for web orders?

Orders that are shipped to a Louisiana address will be charged an 9% sales tax.

All out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.

What is your shipping policy?

Currently we  offer shipping to the lower 48 states & all orders are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $10 and shipping to Canada via UPS

We currently only offer shipping to your billing address.

Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All orders ship from Lafayette, Louisiana.

What is your return/exchange policy? How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any socks, bags, jewelry or eye wear.

We only accept returns or exchanges on unworn clothing and shoes. These items will only be accepted in their original condition and shoes must be in the original box.

If you would like a refund or an exchange

We will then see if your return meets the policy outlined below and email you a return authorization number with instructions.

Upon receipt of a return authorization email from The Maven Store, pack the merchandise (unwashed, unworn, with original tags, with receipt, and free of any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new) in the original package (if possible) and send the return merchandise to: The Maven Store, Attn: Customer Returns, 116 Rue Promenade Ste. 100, Lafayette, LA 70508

**ITEMS RETURNED IN THE ABOVE CONDITION WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

**ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.

Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. The Maven Store will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they were not in the original condition or fit for resale.

When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive email confirmation that your returned was processed, however please allow up to 2-4 business days for the refund to post to your account. If you have any questions you can always call us.

What is your policy on privacy?

We respect your right to privacy. The Maven Store only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order.

The Maven Store will not sell or share your name or personal information.

In Store Return Policy:

Our in store policy is different from our Web store policy.

Any purchases made within stores must be returned within 5 business days to receive an exchange or a store credit.

We only accept returns on unworn items in there original condition and reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel is unfit for resale.

When issued a store credit it will be valid until you the customer choose to use it and will be saved within our database for your convenience.
